WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All of our rings are made to order unless marked as ready to ship. This process takes around 3 weeks to produce and ship your item. Fully Custom rings can take upwards of 4 weeks. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

WHAT IS OUR QUALITY?

We pride ourselves in making the highest quality items with the best materials and craftsmanship possible. If we don’t feel confident that your item will stand the test of time, we won’t offer it.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

Yes. A full refund will be issued if you initiate a return within the first 30 days of receiving your piece of jewelry, up to 90 days for a store credit. This EXCLUDES ALL custom & made to order, engraved items, and any items that are broken, damaged, or shows signs of wear. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!

CAN YOU MAKE A FULLY CUSTOM RING?

YES! About 90% of our work is fully custom. We design, CAD render, 3D print, cast, and produce your item from start to finish. If you have a vision in mind that you can’t quite find, contact us and we would love to make your vision into a masterpiece.

WHAT WARRANTIES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a manufacturer warranty and free sizing on all our items for the first 90 days of purchase. Professional cleaning and inspections are included for the lifetime of your item. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your ring.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE ON YOUR RINGS?

Yes, protect your investment and purchase Jewelry Insurance. We recommend this route in addition to our warranty. Insurance includes worldwide coverage against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance that often goes beyond standard homeowners insurance and warranties.
