Estimated Ship Dates

Almost everything we do is made to order unless marked READY TO SHIP. We do try to keep a large selection in stock at our showroom, however unless it is marked as READY TO SHIP please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Ready to ship items will ship in 2-3 business days.

If you need an item by a set deadline, please contact us directly.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle free return policy & 90 day store credit for any in stock items, made to order items are case by case and custom made items are not returnable.

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them.  A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. 

Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
